WLAN
ToolBox for MATLAB®
(mWLAN)
-
mWLAN
is a toolbox for use in the MATLAB environment. It contains building
modules that are
needed
to generate, demodulate, and decode high speed WLAN waveform. This
tool box provides the user with the flexibility to prototype
customized links for their own design tasks, such as on the equalizer
and tracking loops, etc.
- mWLAN
is developed by CommAccess and an approved 3rd-party product to
MATLAB. The latter is a flagship product and a trademark of The
MathWorks, Incorporated.
- mWLAN
contains the building blocks or modules (in the form of DLL)
specifically developed and optimized for IEEE Std. 802.11a/b/g in one package.
-
The
typical supported features include
- PLCP
generation consisting of PPDU frame formatting, PLCP header, PLCP
preamble, etc.
- DBPSK/DQPSK/QPSK/8PSK
+ CCK/PBCC
- OFDM
+ BPSK/QPSK/16QAM/64QAM
- FEC
(including puncturing) and Viterbi decoding
- Multipath
signal generation (IEEE model and user-defined 3-ray model)
- All
bit stream functions such as scrambling, interleaving, CRC, etc.
